My name is Anna Alloway, I am so excited to be your child’s 4th grade teacher this school year! I look forward to watching them learn and grow this school year and can not wait to see what they accomplish! Here is a little about me, I have lived in Blount County my whole life. I attended Maryville High School, and I am a recent graduate of Tusculum University. While at Tusculum, I got my undergraduate degree in K-5 Elementary Education and was a member of the softball team there. I did my student teaching at Alcoa Elementary in second grade and kindergarten and am so excited to be back in the system! In addition, I also have a Masters in Education studying Curriculum and Instruction. Aside from school and teaching, I am also on the coaching staff for the Alcoa Middle School and High School softball teams, as well as the Intermediate basketball team. My other hobbies include going to the beach, traveling, and shopping! I look forward to getting to know you all and can not wait for this school year to begin!
