Hello my name is Justin Ridenour, and I am a 5th grade Math and Science teacher at AIS. As a proud graduate of Alcoa High School, it's a privilege to give back to the community that helped shape who I am today.

After graduating from Alcoa, I had the opportunity to play college baseball before earning my Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the University of Tennessee. I later completed my Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) degree at Lincoln Memorial University.

I currently serve as the Head Baseball Coach at Alcoa High School, and I enjoy helping young people grow both in the classroom and on the field.

When I'm not teaching or coaching, I love spending time with my family, playing golf, swimming, and watching sports. I'm also a lifelong Tennessee Volunteers fan and enjoy cheering on the Big Orange every chance I get.

I believe learning should be engaging, challenging, and fun, and I look forward to helping my students grow academically while building confidence and a love for learning throughout the school year.
