Hello! I’m Mrs. Elly Mangum. I studied Elementary Education at Tennessee Tech University. I live in Alcoa with my husband, Caleb, and two sons, Brooks (4) and Cooper (2). I was born and raised in Blount County and graduated from Alcoa High School. This is my 5th year teaching and 1st year at Alcoa. I absolutely can’t wait to be your third grade teacher this school year. Go Tornadoes!
