Hello Tornado families, my name is John Trembley. The 2023-2024 school year begins my tenure with Alcoa Intermediate School. For the last 8 years I have taught mathematics at South-Doyle Middle School and prior to that my experiences were in research, outdoor education, and private school. I am excited to use my middle school experience to help prepare students for the next step on their journey.

My family and I are members of the Springbrook Community and are most often found enjoying the wet, wild, & wonderful whitewater rivers of Southern Appalachia. When not on the river we are typically riding bikes, fishing, or digging in the garden.
